Hi, I’m Nat Ward, and I clearly need to spend more time learning how to create a better Word Press site. I’m an academic coordinator and advisor at RMIT Vietnam, based in Ho Chi Minh City. I create practical learning support materials that address academic skill gaps for students across the Schools at the university.
Parallel to that, I design human-in-the-loop AI workflows for advising by using generative AI tools to understand briefs, prototype exemplars, and stress-test structure, then bringing human judgment back to calibrate tone, ethics, and feasibility. We’ve focused on guardrails, transparency, and keeping the learning intact.
After ten years in education (from ESL to higher education academic support), I kept gravitating toward design problems like structure, clarity, and repeatable support. I’m now formalizing that work through the MS-LDT at the University of San Diego, focusing on human-centered, AI-assisted workflows.
